Tracey was born in Munich Germany and raised in Great Britain until she was 10.  Her father, composer and record producer Buddy Bregman and mom Suzanne Lloyd then relocated to Los Angeles.  Mindy met Tracey at the Westlake School for Girls until she had to leave to star in the soap opera “Days of our Lives” to play Donna Craig.   The Daytime Emmy award-winning actress took on double duty by also creating the iconic role of Lauren Fenmore on “Young and the Restless”, a role she still inhabits.  Tracey has also appeared in the films “Happy Birthday to Me”, “Concrete Jungle”, and “Misogynist”.

Tracey is also a very successful entrepreneur.  She has launched her own yoga inspired clothing line “Bountiful Buddha”, sold jewelry on The Shopping Channel, been a spokesperson on HSN for the Jabot Cosmetics Line and most recently, selling a Pilates Pro Chair.

Tracey is also very attached to her horses and dogs, inspiring her to create the World Paws Animal Foundation.

Currently, Tracey is adding author to her repertoire, working on a spiritual book entitled “The Soul Pack”.  She is the mother of two wonderful sons and a menagerie of dogs and horses.

Tracey’s beloved Malibu home burned down in the wildfires of 2018.  She currently lives with her dogs and horses in Nashville on her farm when she isn’t working in Los Angeles.
